Kirton kids get crafty at Methodist Church summer workshop

GAMES, crafts, drama shows and fun challenges have been keeping Kirton children entertained.

A two-day summer workshop event was held at Kirton Methodist Church for children aged four to 11.

About 53 youngsters attended the Bible-themed workshops over both days, which were run jointly by the Anglican and Methodist Churches.

Volunteer helper Jonathan Cooper said: “It was a very positive experience for both the children and adult helpers.”
