PHOTO GALLERY: There’s no business like snowbusiness...
Snowmen galore popped up around the town and villages on Sunday as children, families – and some fun-loving adults – headed out to enjoy the wintery weather.
These pictures show folk making the most of the big chill – whether they were sledging, enjoying a snowball fight, or creating some rather impressive snow sculptures.
The picture on the right shows a beautiful sculpture of a pair of hands holding a dove. The display was put together by Mary and Pete Baxter, of Medforth Lane, in Boston.

Despite the big chill, services in the town have remained unaffected.
