Mrs Kathleen Grace Martin
KATHLEEN Grace Martin, of Woodlands Court, Kirton, has died at home.
She was 93.
Born in Benington, she lived in this area all her life.
A widow, she is survived nephews Nick, Barrie, Geoff and David and nieces Mary and Pauline.
During her working life, Mrs Martin was a farmer’s wife.
She enjoyed general outdoor life, nature and walking. She also enjoyed writing poems.
Her funeral took place at Boston Crematorium and was followed by cremation. The service was officiated by the Rev Andrew Higginson.
Chief family mourners were: Nick Pears, Mr and Mrs B. Sharp, Mr and Mrs G. Sharp and Mr A. Pears (nephews), Mr C. Pears and Mr and Mrs C. Wright (nieces) and Mrs A. Stait (great-niece).
Unable to attend: Mrs P. Ried (niece) and Miss V.Pears (great-niece).
