ROY Iszatt

ROY Iszatt, of Lane Farm, Quadring, has died at home following a battle with cancer. He was 88.

Born in Donington, he lived in this area all his life.

A widower, he leaves his sons Michael and Christopher.

Mr Iszatt served as a fireman during the Second World War and as a special constable. He also worked as a farmer.

Mr Iszatt was a keen gardener.

His funeral, officiated by Ian Walters, was held at Boston Crematorium and was followed by cremation.

Chief family mourners were: Christopher and Jane Iszatt, Michael and Janet Iszatt (sons and daughters-in-law), Elizabeth and Sean McConnell (granddaughter and husband), Helen Iszatt and Oliver Terrington (granddaughter and partner), Andrew Iszatt (grandson), Aaron and Sue Morrison and Finley, Justin and Deborah Morrison (other family members).
