How to pay your account
All Direct Delivery customers are invoiced on a monthly basis (in arrears) and for your convenience we offer a wide variety of ways to pay.
Direct Debit
If you sign up to this service there will be no delivery charge.
By debit/credit card
If you have a touchtone phone you can make a credit or debit card payment by calling our 24hour, 7 day per week telephone number on 0845 300 7001. You will need to quote the 18-digit reference number that appears in the reference box on your tear-off remittance slip.
By cheque
Please complete the tear-off remittance slip and send it along with your cheque to
Johnston Publishing, PO Box 319, Wellington Street, Leeds, LS1 1RF.
Please also write your account number on the reverse of your cheque.
Branch Office
You can still pay in person at any of our branch offices. Please take your account details with you when you making your payment.
