Monday, 9.30am - A SINGER-songwriter with an ever-growing reputation is set for a welcome return to Boston Folk Club on Monday (September 8).
Ron Trueman-Border will be back at The Eagle with the mix of finely-crafted lyrics and memorable choruses that has made him one of the most popular performers on the acoustic circuit.
His numbers have been covered and recorded by many other performers and are always enthusiastically received.
As well as being a gifted writer, Ron is also a fine multi-instrumentalist and accomplished singer, able to convey a sense of fun one minute and sheer emotion the next.
Monday's show starts at 8.15pm – for more call 01205 358783.

For the best news, sport and leisure coverage in the area turn to the Boston Standard, out every Wednesday for just 42p.

Today's Vote

This week: Regarding the planned works at the Geoff Moulder pool do you want to see:
a) The training pool closed and £2.5m spent on the leisure pool?
b) The money split between the two pools so they can both stay open?
