BBC1, 9pm: Ashes to Ashes
GENE attempts to fight corruption once and for all as crooked cops try to steal a delivery of gold bullion for themselves.
Meanwhile, another woman turns up showing the cracks in his relationship with Alex.

ITV1, 9pm: My Child Won't Sleep
THREE families being ruined by sleeping problems seek help from a leading expert.
We meet an eight-year-old who falls asleep during the day but is awake all night, a three-year-old suffering from sleepwalking, night terrors and multiple waking and a six–year-old who survives on just three hours sleep.


FEET UP WITH A FILM? (Tonight's best movies by reporter David Seymour)

Film4, 9pm: Zoolander (2001) (12)
BEN Stiller is Derek Zoolander, the dimwitted supermodel whose career takes a bizarre turn after he is eclipsed by Owen Wilson's newcomer Eli Cash. Stiller finds himself as the puppet for a sinister group intent on world domination, led by Will Ferrell – the villainous fashion designer who invented the piano key necktie.

BBC1, 10.35pm: Cinderella Man (2005) (12)
BOXER Russell Crowe finds battles inside and out of the ring, as he struggles against injury to provide for his family during the Great Depression. Ron Howard directs in this uplifting drama, also starring Renee Zellweger and Paul Giamatti.
