* I AM no killjoy, but why do the local authorities think that we are all alcohol heads who want to head bang to thumping loud noise?
Don't you think that having the Party in the Park noise levels at such an excess level is unacceptable?
It is so loud that you can hear the bass more than five miles away.

To me the local council have very little respect for the residents who I'm sure have no say in the matter, and as for fireworks at 11pm on a Sunday night when children are asleep or in many cases being woken up by the loud bangs, I find it a very selfish thing to do.

Remember, just because some of you want to meet in the park and drink and smoke and all the other things you do, it does not mean that the rest of us should have to put up with this anti-social behaviour.

To gain respect first you have to earn it, so I have no respect for the organisers or the council.
Turn the noise down!
