Time to revamp the Regal site?

I USED to live in Boston and go to the Regal Cinema, and to see it in the state it's in now…
What would be good news would be if some other picture company would be interested in this site to bring back shows again to Boston.

Many years ago the Regal was altered so it could put on shows and it was a shame to see it go downhill. If only someone had taken it over before it caught fire.

But I have to say, this site in Boston has got to have something done, as it does look an eyesore, especially with the other former site of Parkinson's derelict and boarded up.
West Street could do with improving and bringing life back to this forgotten site. This would also help the traders of West Street.

When I do come back to Boston, it's a shame to see West Street like this, compared to when it was lively.
Boston has a lot going for it and many people have moved into the town. Boston needs something on the site of the Regal.
