Friday, 1.45pm - OH CHRISTMAS tree, Oh Christmas tree, much pleasure doth thou bring me! Boston's Christmas tree was put up on Friday morning.
The giant pine is a gift from Boston's branch of Finnforest.

The timber firm shipped the tree over especially from Finland, an arrangement which has taken place for the past 10 years.

It was erected thanks to the help of ABBA Creanes of Lincoln which, brimming with Christmas spirit, do the work free of charge.

The tree can be seen rooted in the Market Place, by the Herbert Ingram Memorial.
