Diesel stolen as thieves hit farm

Thursady, 4:30pm - MORE than 200 gallons of red diesel has been stolen from a farm in Kirton.
The burglary was carried out at the premises in Wash Road between midday on Sunday and 8am the following day.

Police said offenders drove on to the farmyard and entered outbuildings, stealing an electric cycle, electric saw, hedge strimmers and quantity of tools. Around 220 gallons of red diesel was also stolen.
