Friday, 3:45pm - BUSINESS men and women… are you brave enough to face the Wyberton dragons?
But these dragons are not after a large share of your business, they want to see what can be pledged to help transform a nature area.

The dragons – or members of the school council at Wyberton Primary School – are hoping to ask willing local busi
nesses to donate materials or labour to rescue their currently-overgrown pond and turn the surrounding area into an outdoor classroom.

Anna Maltby, the school's key stage one leader and organiser of the project, said: "The school council will be asking for things like fence panels or asking what services they can help us with.

"We're still in the planning stages, but there may be room for class allotments or maybe even a little summerhouse.

"The project is for the whole school and Wyberton playgroup is now on site, so we hope to invite them along too."

The development is already under way with Julian's Skip Hire having donated a skip to help clear the site.

Miss Maltby is hoping to run the school's version of Dragons Den when the new term starts in September.
