Friday, 1.20pm - THE annual Frithville Primary School summer fair returned, helping to raise £380 for school funds.
The event took place at the school's site and featured a variety of attractions including stalls, tombola, raffle, artwork, jewellery, swing boars, bouncy castles, slides, a football competition, and presentations on hedgehog awareness and another from the life-saving charity LIVES First Responders.

Interim headteacher Tricia Ward said: "It was very, very successful. It was a lovely summer's day, ideal for a summer fair."

"Everybody said how much they enjoyed it," she continued. "They came and stayed, which was lovely."

Today's Vote

This week: Regarding the planned works at the Geoff Moulder pool do you want to see:
a) The training pool closed and £2.5m spent on the leisure pool?
b) The money split between the two pools so they can both stay open?
