Second arrest for disorder

Wednesday, 12:30pm - POLICE have arrested a second man in connection with a public disorder incident in Boston's Woad Farm Road earlier this month.
The 29-year-old local man was arrested on Wednesday, July 16, on suspicion of violent disorder and causing grievous bodily harm with intent. He was interviewed at Boston Police Station and released on police bail pending further enquiries.

A 40-year-old man was arrested on Monday, July 14, on suspicious of violent disorder, assault and criminal damage. He was also released on police bail pending further enquiries.

Police are continuing to appeal for witnesses to the incident, which happened around 11.30pm on Sunday, July 13.

Two men sustained head injuries and both were taken by ambulance to Pilgrim Hospital.

A 28-year-old man remains at the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham in a serious but stable condition, said police.
