Thursday, 3.50pm: AMAZING, wonderful, brilliant … just a few of the words organisers have used to describe this year's Revesby Country Fair.
Crowds flocked to Revesby Estate on Sunday to enjoy the main ring attractions and much more.

"It was absolutely amazing. We had a wonderful day," said fair secretary Pat Barthorpe, who was convinced they enjoyed 'a record turnout'.

She added: "I think because we had to cancel in 2007 because of waterlogging, people were just pleased we were back again.

"There were a lot of people and children enjoying the fun fair, trade stands and the main ring which was absolutely brilliant."
The dog events proved as popular as ever, said Pat, who believes there had to be 18 heats in the terrier racing. The agility course also attracted a high number of entrants.
