A man accused of murdering his former wife is set to face trial later this year.
Gytis Griskevicius, 32, of St Ann’s Lane, Boston, is alleged to have murdered Marina Erte, 33, on May 20.
No charge was put to Griskevicius when he appeared before Lincoln Crown Court today (Friday).
Judge Michael Heath set a provisional trial date in November.
There was no application for bail and Griskevicius was remanded in custody to appear back before the court in September for a further hearing.
The body of Ms Erte was found at a house in Elizabeth Road, Boston, on the afternoon of Friday, May 20. The property was smoke damaged as a result of a fire.
