Crashed car on A16 near Sibsey.

A driver was left with head injuries after her car came off the road an landed in a ditch in Sibsey.

The 31-year-old woman from Wyberton was taken to Pilgrim Hospital for treatment after she hit her head on the windscreen of her blue Peugeot 206 on Saturday afternoon. She has since been released with minor injuries.

Nobody else was involved in the collision, which happened at around 3pm.

Fire crews from Leverton and Boston were called to remove the car from the dry ditch on the A16 between High Ferry Lane and the level crossing.
