Boston estate agents Thomas Campbell has announced its acquisition of the sales and lettings departments of fellow town operator James Edwards Estate Agents.

James Offiler, director of James Edwards Estate Agents, said: “Negotiations have been going on for some time, but after much deliberation I feel that the sale to Thomas Campbell will prove to be a significant benefit to our clients, not least of all as Thomas Campbell already have established sales and marketing office staff, and in my opinion now offer the best service from the available agents in the town.”

He thanked the business’ clients for their ‘past and present support’.

Harry Drury, director of Thomas Campbell, which is based in the Assembly Rooms, said his team were ‘excited to continue the work which James Edwards was initially instructed on’.

James Edwards’ office in Pescod Square is now closed.

All sales and lettings enquiries are now being taken by Thomas Campbell on 01205 205206.
