SPEND Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve with alternative Indie and rock bands at Boston’s Axe and Cleaver.
Boston-based band Bullet Tooth will be playing the West Street venue tomorrow (Thursday).
Bullet Tooth is a five-piece band whose band members say they were brought together from individual influences.
The band consists of singer Wesley Hunt, lead guitarist Gary Revell, rhythm guitarist Tom Clark, bass guitarist Adam Dawson and drummer Tom Waite.
They boast a mixture of covers from classic artists such as The Rolling Stones to newer bands such as Razorlight and The Wombats.
Bullet Tooth have played several local venues including the Wheatsheaf, in Hubberts Bridge, the Black Bull, in Freiston, and the Rising Sun, in Stickney.
Next Friday, Boston-based band Blista will be playing at the Axe for New Year’s Eve.
They consist of Mark Blackburn, Maf Blakey, Nick Blakey, Luke Blakey, Steve Wright and Yanna.
The band boast a mixture of covers with their own twist to them.
Both bands will be playing from 10.30pm, entry is free.
