Four holiday lodges could be built at a fishing site in Old Leake after plans were submitted to Boston Borough Council.
The holiday homes have been planned for land off Cowbroads Lane at Old Leake Commonside, along with a new access track.
The land is currently rough grassland with a central fishing lake – which will be kept – and sporadic small trees.
A similar plan was passed in 2004 but has now expired.
The plans, lodged on behalf of a Mr Palmer, state: “The lodges will provide an ideal opportunity for visitors to enjoy Lincolnshire’s idyllic countryside while also providing easy access to local tourist attractions.”
The document promises the plan will bring in visitors, boosting the local economy.
The one-storey buildings would come in two types – one with a double bedroom and two twin rooms and another with one double and one twin room.
Each will be positioned to get a view over the fishing lake.
