Here’s a look at some recent plansthat have been given the go ahead by Boston Borough Council...

* Two, three-storey semi-detached houses will be built at land next to 36 Laughton Road in Boston.

*An existing cottage in Fenhouses Drive, Swineshead, will be knocked down, with a replacement dwelling built in its place.

* A property in Swineshead Road, Frampton Fen, has been given permission for change of use from a bungalow to an osteopaths premises including widening existing vehicular access.

* Boston-based Marshlands Vetinary Surgery has been given permission to transform part of the former Richaprint Premises at Freiston Enterprise Park in Priory Road, Freiston, into a new vets with ancillary facilities.
