Failure to comply

Ben Antony Creek, 29, of Wellington Road, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order in that the electronic monitoring was interefered with by tampering with the personal identification device on one occasion and in that he was absent from the place of curfew between December 14, 2016, and February 12, 2017. £220 fine.

Jordan Adele Baggaley, 29, of South Terrace, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with supervision requirements by failing to attend an appointment with the probation service on three dates. Supervision default order made, defendant must comply with a curfew for four weeks before the supervision period ends on March 26, 2017, £70 costs.

Perry Watson, 26, of Ingram Road, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend for induction appointments on three dates. Order to continue, varied to include 28 days rehabilitation activity, £70 costs.

Gintautas Kneizys, 43, of Tooley Street, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment, in that he failed to attend appointments with the probation service on two dates. Supervision default order made to include 20 hours’ unpaid work, £75 costs.

Order revoked

Vilmantas Suminas, 25, of Cherry Walk, Boston. Application to revoke a community order (and re-sentence) on the ground that it is unworkable - original offences were drink-driving and unlawfully taking a vehicle and causing damage. £350 fine.

Drunk and disorderly

David Keal, 19, of Porcher Way, Boston. At Market Place, Boston, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. £100 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Assault

Lathan Paul Middleton, 25, of Kyme Road, Boston. At Frampton Place, Boston, assaulted another by beating them; at Sleaford Road, Boston, without lawful excuse, damaged a double glazed window to a value unknown, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Community order made to include rehabilitation activity for a maximum of 30 days, restraining order made, £50 compensation, £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £145 compensation.

Audrius Skrinskas, 45, of Oakham Terrace, Boston. Twice, at Boston, assaulted another by beating them. £200 fine, £50 compensation, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Drink-driving

Jacek Zbigniew Karczmarski, 40, of Horrace Street, Boston. At Boston, drove on Castle Street after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 62 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35); at Boston, in Castle Street, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. £375 fine, £37 victim surcharge, £620 costs, disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Dairis Fismeisters, 42, of Tooley Street, Boston. At West Street, Boston, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 66 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £250 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 16 months.

Drug-driving

George Michael Harrison, 29, of Windsor Crescent, Boston. At A52, Boston, drove when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Tetrahydrocanibinol, in his blood equalled three microgrammes per litre (legal limit two). £200 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 12 months.
