Drugs

Ricky Barton, 27, of Eusden Court, Clinton Park, Lincoln. At Tattershall Road, Boston, had possession of a quantity of cannabis. £50 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, cannabis and grinder to be forfeited and destroyed.

Robert Harry James Carter-Surridge, 28, of St Mary’s Drive, Boston. At Sutterton, had possession of a small amount of cannabis. Discharged conditionally for six months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed.

Jonathan Trevor Taylor, 35, of Jubilee Avenue, Boston. At Boston, had possession of Methylmethcathinone. Discharged conditionally for six months, £15 victim surcharge, Methylmethcathinone to be forfeited and destroyed.

Drink-driving

Zbigniew Nowak, 41, of Oakley Place, Holbeach Hurn. At BP Service Station, in Algarkirk, drove a vehicle on a public place after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 56 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £150 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 15 months.

Theft

Lee Derek Ward, 39, of Shaw Road, Boston. At Boston, stole two bottles of aftershave to the value of £61 belonging to Oldrids store. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Mark Alexander Osbourne, 34, of Rose Place, Boston. At The Range, on London Road, stole a Karcher Pressure Washer, to the value of £99; at Oldrids, on Strait Bargate, stole aftershave to the value of £100.50; at Asda, stole alcohol to the value of £76; at Co-op, on Station Road, in Kirton, stole alcohol to the value of £36; two charges of failing to comply with a community order imposed by Boston Magistrates’ Court; at Boston stole perfume to the value of £38.50 belonging to Boots; at Boston, stole three Hugo Boss items valued at £120 belonging to Boots; at Boston, stole two bottles of alcohol to the value of £28 from Co-op. Committed to prison for four months overall, £80 victim surcharge.

Motoring

Vilmantas Buivydas, 22, of Skirbeck Road, Boston. At Boston, used a vehicle on Carlton Road, without insurance. £270 fine, £27 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.
