Statutory Declaration

Rachel Johnson, 30, of Princess Anne Road, Boston. Appeared before the court in order to make a statutory declaring following conviction for an offence of no television licence by Grantham Magistrates’ Court on October 10, 2014. Statutory declaration made.

Failure to comply

Almantas Valaitis, 38, of Irby Street, Boston. At Boston, when suspected of having driven a motorvehicle on a road and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis by means of a device of a type approved by the Secretary of State in the course of an investigation, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. Community order made, to include 90 hours’ unpaid work in the next 12 months, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with 10 points.

Benjamin Lewis Cox, 36, of Cornfields, Holbeach. At Boston, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis by means of a device of a type approved by the Secretary of State in the course of an investigation, failed without reasonable excuse to do so; at Spalding drove on Drain Bank North, without due care and attention. £500 fine, £50 victim surcharge, £500 costs, disqualifed from driving for two years.

Assault

Steven Howland, 48, of Spilsby Road, Boston. At Blows Lane, Sutterton, committed assault. Discharged conditionally for two years, restraining order made, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Christopher Herbert, 26, of Castlegate, Gipsey Bridge. At Boston, committed assault occasioning actual, bodily harm. Committed to prison for 26 weeks suspended for two years, to include 200 hours’ unpaid work, £1,500 compensation, £80 victim surcharge, £795 costs.

Ricardo Saleiro, 26, of Liquorpond Street, Boston. At Fishtoft, committed assault by beating. Community order made, to include a rehabilitation activity requirement for a maximum of 40 days, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Criminal damage

Martin Vasjanov, 19, Tattershall Road, Boston. Six charges of, at Boston, without lawful excuse destroyed the wing mirror of a motorvehicle belonging to another, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. £150 fine, six payments of £100 compensation, £85 costs.

Drink-driving

Zak Luciano Holland, 28, of Witham Town, Boston. At Skegness, drove on Drummond Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in blood equalled 111 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood (legal limit 80). £230 fine, £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Florin Daniel Ciupitu, 29, of York Street, Boston. At Boston, drove on Rowley Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 100 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £400 fine, £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Melvin Moorcroft, 62, of Main Road, Wigtoft. At Boston, drove a motor vehicle on the B1181 Bicker, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 61 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 15 months.

Motoring

Slawomir Stepnik, 29, of Brothertoft Road, Boston. Drove on Horncastle Road while disqualified from driving, used a motor vehicle without insurance. £435 fine, £43 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 84 days.

Exposure

Paul Lody, 37, of Wyberton West Road, Boston. At Boston, intentionally exposed your genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress. Discharged conditionally for two years, £15 victim surcharge, £35 costs.

Theft

Simon Andrew Bisby, 40, of Carlton Road, Boston. At Boston, stole a wrench and a socket set to the value of £40 belonging to Halfords, at Boston; stole six Glade air fresheners to the value of £12 belonging to Savers; at Co-op food store, in Boston, stole joints of meat to the value of £36; at Savers store, in Boston, stole airfreshners to the value of £4.99. Committed to prison for eight weeks total, compensation of £40, £12, £36 and £4.99 ordered.
