At Boston, drove on Horncastle Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 45 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35); at Boston, had without good reason or lawful authority, in Horncastle Road, a kitchen knife, a block of kitchen knives and a folding lock knife; at Boston, had, without good reason or lawful authority, in Horncastle Road, a block of kitchen knives; in Boston, had without good reason or lawful authority, in Horncastle Road, a folding knife; at Boston, drove on Weirs Lane, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 77 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35); at Boston, stole a handbag and contents of a value unknown; at Boston, being the driver of a Ford Transit motor car, owing to the presence of which on Weirs Lane an accident occurred, failed to stop and on being required by a person having reasonable grounds for so requiring failed to give his name, address,and the name and address and identification marks of the vehicle and its owner. Committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 24 months, to include a supervision period of 24 months, rehabilitation activity for 20 days, 200 hours’ unpaid work and participation in a drink impaired drivers programme, disqualified from driving for 48 months, kitchen knife, blocks of kitchen knives and folding locking knives to be forfeited and destroyed.

Janusz Stanislaw Matysiak, 40, of Church Road, Boston. Drove on Rectory Road, Boston, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in blood equalled 193 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood (legal limit 80). £360 fine, £36 victim surcharge, £620 costs, disqualified from driving for 22 months.

Criminal damage

Joseph William Donald Holland, 22, of Judge Close, Fishtoft. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £240 compensation, £15 victim surcharge, £40 costs.

Assault

Eugenijus Brorosko, 44, of Allen Road, Coningsby. At Coldham Road, Coningsby, committed assault by beating; at Coldham Road, Coningsby, without lawful excuse destroyed a hi-fi to the value of £30 belonging to another, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Commited to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months, restraining order made, £100 compensation, £80 victim surcharge, £100 costs, £35 compensation.

Alexander Robert Broome, 38, of Mill Lane, Cottesmore. At High Street, in Coningsby, committed assault by beating, resisted a constable in the execution of his duty, commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for 12 months. Community order made to include alcohol treatment for six months and supervision, £85 fine, £100 compensation, £60 victim surcharge, £100 costs.

Possession

Kevin Hardstaff, 25, of Lowgate Avenue, Bicker. At Tattershall Lakes Country Park, on Sleaford Road, Tattershall, had possession of 65 grammes of cannabis. £160 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £180 criminal courts charge, 65 grammes of cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed.

Motoring

Artur Chmielewski, 30, of Wyberton Low Road, Boston. At Boston, drove on London Road, when he was using a hand-held mobile telephone. £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Mark Flinders, 49, of Monument Road, Woodhall Spa. At New Bollingbroke, used a motorvehicle on Main Road, without insurance; drove without a licence.£110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed six points.

Holt Myers, 57, of Millgate, Spalding. Speeding at Swineshead Bridge. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Theft

Adam Robert Hancock, 34, of no fixed abode. At B&M Bargains, in Boston, stole seven packs of bacon, to the value of £7,. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, £150 criminal courts charge.
