Theft

Elliot George Spencer Sizer, 19, of Ratflidde Road, Loughborough. At Aldi store, Queen Street, Boston, stole alcohol to the value of £10.49; at Co-op Store, Station Road, Kirton, stole alcohol to the value of £7. Community order made, to include alcohol treatment for six months, £7 compensation, £150 criminal courts charge.

Catherine Sara Plaice, 42, of Bartol Crescent, Boston. At Boston, stole washing gel to the value of £64.72 belonging to Co-op Stores, commission of a further offence while subject to an order of conditional discharge for an offence of criminal damage. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, no action taken on breach.

Terry Nigel Burton, 45, of Dennis Estate, Boston. At Kirton, Drove on Station Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 99 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). Community order made to include six months alcohol treatment, 15 days rehabilitation activity and 40 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, disqualified from driving for 48 months.

Motoring

Lucija Mockaitiene, 40, of Castle Square, Wyberton West Road, Boston. At South Kyme, drove a vehicle on the B1395 without due care and attention. £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £170 costs, licence endorsed with four points.

Arnold Michael Mullins, 26, of Washway Road, Saracens Head, Holbeach. Speeding on Eastwood Road, Boston. £100 fine, £15 victim surcharge, licence endorsed with three points.

Drink-driving

Aigars Strautmanis, 46, of Norfolk Street, Boston. At Boardsides, Boston, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath equalled 107 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). Community order made to include rehabilitation for 10 days, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, disqualified from driving for 48 months.

Mario Rui Carvalho Cristino, 35, of Wainfleet Road, Skegness. At Boston, drove on Spilsby Road, Boston, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 54 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35); at Boston, used a motorvehicle on Spilsby Road without insurance. £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, disqualified from driving for 14 months.

Assault

Peter Anthony Coelho Daniel, 47, of Craven Avenue, Kirton. Assaulted another by beating them. £380 fine, £38 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.

Jay Christopher Pagden, 19, of Kent Road, Blackpool. At Boston, assaulted another by beating them. Community order made, to include 24 days participation in Building Better Relationships and 20 days rehabilitation requirement, £60 victim surcharge, £200 costs.

Ellis Watson, 20, of Upsall Road, Butterwick. At Boston, assaulted a constable in the execution of his duty. £145 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Harassment

Reece Brinkley, 22, of Edinburgh Crescent, Boston. Between July 1 and , 2015, at Boston, pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of another and which he knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of them in that he constantly phoned, texted and visited them in person. Restraining order made, £380 fine, £38 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.

Failed to comply

Michael Vanderson, 24, c/o Boston Probation Office, County Hall, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Grantham Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend an appointment without reasonable excuse, and failing to notify offender manager of a change of address, failing to provide an acceptable explanation to cover the absence and failing to maintain contact with offender manager. Order to continue, £25 fine, £75 costs.

Leon James Houlden, 44, of Duke Street, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Boston Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend appointments on two dates, failing to provide an acceptable explanation to cover the absence and failing to maintain contact with offender manager. Order to continue, varied to include 20 hours’ unpaid work added for the breach (80 hours’ total in the next 12 months).
