Assault

Leanne Rutherford, 30, of Tattershal Road, Boston. At Old Leake, assaulted another. Discharged conditionally for two years, £50 compensation, £15 victim surcharge, £300 costs.

Levi Danal Emmanuel, 25, of Freiston Terrace, Haven Village, Boston. At Boston, assaulted another by beating them; at Boston, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress thereby. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Words/behaviour

Floyd Carlon, 21, of Cotton Road, Boston. At McDonalds, on Queen Street, used towards another threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by him whereby that person was likely to believe that such violence would be used or provoked; at Boston, stole a wallet containing bank cards and identification card; at Boston, without lawful excuse, damaged a window pane to the value of £300 belonging to The Stump and Candle, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Community order made, to include curfew for 24 weeks, £50 compensation, £285 costs, £300 compensation, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Romans Zavjalovs, 27, of Pen Street, Boston. At Boston, used towards another threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by him whereby that person was likely to believe that such violence would be used or provoked. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Drink-driving

Fraser Lee Overton, 21, of Norfolk Street, Boston. At Graham Road, in Skegness, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 86 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35); being the driver of a vehicle owing to the presence of which on Graham Road, Skegness, an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to two other vehicles, failed to stop. £120 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Liam Paul Drew, 22, of Tattershall Road, Boston. At Boston, drove a motor vehicle on Welland Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 68 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £350 fine, £35 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 19 months.

Drug-driving

Perry Troy William Read, 27, of Shaw Road, Boston. At Boston, drove on Eastwood Road, Boston, when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Tetrahydracannabinol, in his blood equalled 5.7 micrograms per litre (legal limit 2). £120 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Theft

Emma Beecher, 25, of Lupin Close, Gurnos, Merthyr Tydfil. At Boston, stole a bottle of Bailey’s liquer to the value of £15 belonging to Spar; at Boston, being the driver of a mechanically propelled vehicle owing to the presence of which on a road, an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to property forming part of the land on which the road was situated or land adjacent to it and to other roadsite items such as a street light and road sign, failed to stop; commision of a further offence while subject to a 12 month conditional discharge. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £20 victim surcharge, £50 costs.

Jonathan Trevor Taylor, 37, c/o Field Street, Boston. At Boston, stole bacon to the value of £20, belonging to Iceland; commission of a further offence while subject to a one year conditional discharge for two offences of possessing a class B drug. Discharged conditionally for 18 months, £20 victim surcharge.

Possession

Vilius Urbelionis, 27, of Branston Road, Burton upon Trent. At Boston, had possession of 3.88g of Methylethylcathinone, a controlled drug of class B; at Boston, without the authority of the Secretary of State, had posession of a weapon designed or adapted for the discharge of gas, namely CS gas. Community order made to include rehabilitation activity for 15 days, 100 hours’ unpaid work within the next 12 months, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, methylethylcathinone to be forfeited and destroyed, CS Gas to be forfeited and destroyed.
