Fraud

Julia Ann Kirk, 46, of Sandygate Crescent, Old Leake. On, or about August 25, 2011, at Boston, for the purpose of obtaining Income Support, dishonestly made a false representation to the Department of Work and Pensions, namely that the information given when claiming benefit was correct and complete whereas it was not as she failed to declare that she was living in the same household as David Lynn as husband and wife; on or about August 29, 2011, at Boston, for the purpose of obtaining Housing Benefit and Council Tax, dishonestly made a false representation to the Department of Work and Pensions, namely that the information given when claiming benefit was correct and complete whereas it was not as she failed to declare that she was living in the same household as David Lynn as husband and wife; on or about March 5, 2012, at Boston, for the purpose of obtaining Employment Support Allowance, dishonestly made a false representation to the Department of Work and Pensions, namely that the information given when claiming benefit was correct and complete whereas it was not as she failed to declare that she was living in the same household as David Lynn as husband and wife. Community order made, to include 200 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Failure to comply

Mariusz Pawel Duzy, 37, of Laughton Road, Boston. At Boston Police Station, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. £250 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Michael Cook, of Pinchbeck Road, Spalding. At Boston, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. Community order made, to include 100 hours’ unpaid work, £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Drunk and 
disorderly

Christopher James Rennie, 44, of Haven Bank, Boston. At Ingram Memorial, Boston, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Discharged conditionally for six months, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Motoring

Nicholas John Young, 58, of Admiral’s Drive, Wisbech. At Wrangle, permitted another to use a motorvehicle on the A52 southbound without insurance. £255 fine, £26 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Andrzej Piotr Pietrzak, 52, of Jubilee Avenue, Boston. At Boston, drove on Norfolk Place while disqualified from driving; drove without insurance; at Jubilee Avenue, Boston, assaulted another. Community order made, to include 150 hours’ unpaid work, £85 victim surcharge, two lots of £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 12 months.
