Drink-driving

Piotr Zawadzki, 34, of Kyme Road, Boston. At Witham Gardens, Boston, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 93 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35); drove without insurance. £415 fine, £42 victim surcharge, £85 cost, disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Assault

Christopher Michael Shinn, 23, of Hall Lane, Stickney. At New Bolingbroke, assaulted another by beating them. Community order made, to include 24 sessions of Building Better Relationships, rehabilitation activity for up to 30 days. 150 hours’ unpaid work, £85 fine, £85 victim surcharge.

Wendy Ann Greenfield, 54, of Liquorpond Street, Boston. At Liquorpond Street, Boston, assaulted a constable in the execution of her duty. Discharged conditionally for six months. £50 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Leon Naylor, 19, of Marsh Road, Sutterton. At Spalding, assaulted another by beating them; commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for six months. Community order made, to include 100 hours’ unpaid work, £50 compensation, £85 costs.

Ksistof Gidevicius, 30, of Rose Place, Boston. At Holbeach St Marks, assaulted another by beating them; at Holbeach St Marks, drove on Sluice Road, while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence; two charges of driving without insurance. Community order made, to include rehabilitation activity for a maximum of 20 days, 100 hours’ unpaid work, £85 costs, £300 costs, disqualified from driving for 15 months.

Marek Edward Czerwinski, 50, of Kime Mews, Kirton. At Kirton, assaulted a Police Community Support Officer acting in the execution of her duty. £420 fine, £50 compensation, £42 victim surcharge, £325 costs.

Bladed article

Sean Winlove-Oakes, 34, of North Forty Foot Bank, Holland Fen with Brothertoft. At Boston, had with him, without good reason or lawful authority, in Kitwood Road, an article which had a blade or was sharply pointed, namely a lock knife; commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for 12 months; at Boston, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. £120 fine, £30 victim surcharge ,£85 costs, lock knife to be forfeited and destroyed, £120 fine, disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Drink-driving

Piotr Stanislaw Dlugosz, 46, of Woad Farm Road, Boston. At Boston, drove on Fenside Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 61 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £170 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Marian Ciugudean, 26, of Vauxhall Road, Boston. At Boston, drove on West Street, Boston, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 78 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35); at Boston, drove on West Street without insurance; drove without a licence. £365 fine, £37 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Paul Dyke, 69, of Church Road, Boston. At Boston, drove on Main Ridge East after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equualled 52 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £120 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 14 months.

Kestutis Skucas, 42, of Sydney Street, Boston. At Boston, drove on John Adams Way and Main Ridge East after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 141 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months, 200 hours’ unpaid work, £115 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 34 months.

Words/Behaviour

Robert Featherstone, 33, of Mill View Close, Ingoldmells. At Boston, used towards another threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them or to provoke the use of unlawful violence. £580 fine, £58 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Drunk and disorderly

Stuart Adrian Dixon, 58, of Tattershall Road, Boston. At Boston, on London Road, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. £180 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £100 costs.
