Assault

Cameron Jack Smith, 19, of Horseshoe Lane, Kirton. Two charges of, at Spalding, assaulted another by beating them. Discharged conditionally for six months, two amounts of £50 compensation, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Racially aggravated words/behaviour

Jay Edward Power, 23, Archers Lane, Sutterton. At Boston, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress, and the offence was racially aggravated. £100 fine, £85 costs, £30 victim surcharge.

Roland Holland, 57, of Kitwood Road, Boston. At Kitwood Road, used towards another, threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause those persons to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by them; at Boston, had without good reason or lawful authority, in a public place, an article which had a blade or was sharply pointed, namely a knife. Committed to prison for six months suspended for 18 months, to include supervision for 18 months and rehabilitation activity for a maximum of 25 days, £115 victim surcharge, £250 costs, knife to be forfeited and destroyed.

Trespass

Richard Derek John Dale, 31, of Tooley Lane, Wrangle. At Boston, having entered as a trespasser a dwelling on Tilia Grove, Old Leake, and stole therin a Spa Day Gift Certificate of a value of about £70. Restraining order made, £300 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Threat to damage

Jajay Wayne Jackson, 24, of Kingsway, Boston. At Kirton, without lawful excuse, threatened another that their house would be damaged, belonging to her, intending that they would fear the threat would be carried out. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Criminal damage

Dale Lee Arden, 22, of Townsfield Lane, Swineshead. At Boston, without lawful excuse, damaged an iPhone belonging to another intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Thomas Upsall, 57, of Willows Lane, Sibsey. At Ingham Road, Coningsby, drove a motor vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 76 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35); at Ingham Road, Coningsby, assaulted a constable in the execution of his duty. £375 fine, £37 victim surcharge, £620 costs, disqualified from driving for 20 months, £85 victim surcharge.

Piotr Szczeblewski, 40, of Kingsway, Boston. At Boston, drove on Queen Street after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 72 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £250 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Karolis Bieliauskas, 26, of Albert Street, Boston. At High Street, Boston, drove a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 77 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35); drove without insurance; at High Street, Boston, without the consent of the owner or other lawful authority, took a Mercedes A160 for the use of himself or another. £250 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs; disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Theft

Roberts Gerdins, 22, of Fydell Street, Boston. At West Street, Boston, stole three gammon joints, to the value of £15, belonging to Co-op; at West Street, Boston, stole two gammon joints to the value of £10 belonging to Co-op; commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for an offence of theft; at Co-op, on West Street, stole meat to a value of £40. Four £80 fines, £15 compensation, £40 compensation, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £10 compensation.

Motoring

Piotr Kozimala, 34, of Groby Road, Leicester. At Tattershall Road, Boston, drove without a licence; drove without insurance. £660 fine, £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.
