Failure to provide

Robert Paul Marshall, 42, of William Way, Skegness. At Boston, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen of blood in the course of an investigation failed without reasonable excuse to do so; at Welton le Marsh, used a motorvehicle, without insurance; at Skegness, drove on Lincoln Road without a licence and without insurance. Committed to prison for 15 weeks suspended for 12 months, to include 12 months supervision and up to a maximum of 20 days rehabilitation activity, £115 victim surcharge, disqualified from driving for 30 months and six months, £100 fine.

Aaron Spencer Wiseman, 33, of Sentence Crescent, Kirton. At Boston Police Station, on Lincoln Lane, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. Community order made, to include 15 days participation in a thinking skills programme and rehabilitation activity for a maximum of 20 days, £100 fine, £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 47 months.

Dulaneia Filipa M Borges, 33, of Princess Street, Boston. At West Parade, Lincoln, having been required, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence; speeding on the A52 Bridge End Road, at Grantham. £660 fine, £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Laeksandra Kucharczyk, 33, of Portland Street, Boston. At West Parade, Lincoln, having been required failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. £660 fine, £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Emma Jayne Luckham, 35, of Kingsway, Boston. At West Parade, Lincoln, having been required failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. £660 fine, £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Ionut Alexandru Macesanu, 28, of Hospital Lane, Boston. Assault

Santino game, 19, of Broad Lane, Bramley. At Wrangle, assaulted another by beating them. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Nathan Thomas Hatton, 18, of Jubilee Avenue, Boston. At Boston, assaulted another by beating them; commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for 12 months for two offences of theft. £60 fine, £50 compensation, no action taken on breach.

Motoring

Jaism Riaz Abbas, 34, of London Road, Wyberton. At Boston, being the driver of a vehicle owing to the presence of which on the A52 New Hammond Beck Road an accident occurred whereby personal injury was caused to another person, failed to stop and on being required failed to give his name and address and the name and address of the owner of the vehicle; drove without a licence; used a vehicle without insurance. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £180 costs, disqualified from driving for six months.

Normundus Kuisuls, 51, of Queen Street, Boston. At Keal Coates, drove on the A16 without a licence. £80 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Peter Ashley Lunn, 48, of Arnhem Way, Donington. At Boston, used a vehicle on Sleaford Road without insurance. £420 fine, £42 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Airimas Rackaitis, 24, of Langley Mews, Kirton. Speeding on the A52 at Leverton. £220 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

William Redfern, 71, of Main Road, Algarkirk. Speeding on the A52 at Leverton. £40 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Failure to comply

Paulis Kysla, 27, of Standish Grove, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend for unpaid work on three dates. Order to continue, £50 fine, £85 costs.
