Police are asking people who may have had items stolen to come forward as part of an ongoing enquiry into an investigation.

Lincolnshire Police, as part of the case, have seized a quantity of property in the Boston area including laptops, mobiles, televisions and bikes, and are attempting to establish if the items are stolen and who the original owners are.

A spokesman said that most of the items have a unique reference number linked to them and said potential owners should bring paperwork or receipts relating to the items if possible.

Due to the nature of the enquiry, police are unable to release further details surrounding the items.

To book an appointment to check the items, people are asked to contact DC Justine Hughes at Boston CID on 01205 312239.
