Boston man faces 19 charges involving indecent images of children

A Boston man has been sent to Lincoln Crown Court to answer multiple accusations involving indecent images of children, some of which are said to depict high levels of obscenity.

Adrian Gosling, of Matthew Flinders Way, is charged with 19 counts of making, possessing and distributing indecent images of children between May 2007 and November 2011.

The images have been classifed, under guidance from the Sentencing Council, as ranging in severity from level one to level five.

Level five images are said to show sadism or involving the penetration of, or by, an animal.

At Boston Magistrates Court today (Wednesday), District Judge John Stobart said that having read the description of the images, the matter must be considered by the crown court.

A date has not yet been set for the 39-year-old’s next hearing.
