BREAKING NEWS: Three men arrested in Border Agency raid on Boston restaurant

THREE men have been arrested following a UK Border Agency raid on an Indian restaurant in Boston.

A Border Agency spokesman said their officers visited Bombay Brasserie, in West Street, shortly before 7pm yesterday (Thursday).

It is alleged three members of staff, all male, from Bangladesh, aged 33, 30 and 28 respectively had no permission to be in the UK because their visas had run out.

The 28-year-old has been released on immigration bail and the other two both remain in UK Border Agency detention.
