DRUNKEN Pawel Andrzej Sobon urinated on the front of a shop because the queue for the toilets was too long, a court has been told.
Boston magistrates heard on Wednesday that Sobon was spotted by police as he fouled the front of the Baltic Shop on West Street.
Rebecca Ritson, prosecuting, said officers approached him and noted about 30 people were in the area including a middle-aged couple who saw Sobon’s act.
Sobon, 31, of Elsham Terrace, Boston, admitted being drunk and disorderly on June 5.
He apologised to the court and said he would have used a public toilet but there was a long queue.
Magistrates ordered him to pay a total of £100 in fine, costs and victim surcharge.
