Driving offences

Adrian Whiting, 34, of Spalding Road, Sutterton. Driving without correct insurance in Tattershall Road, Boston. £200 fine, £43 costs and a £15 surcharge. Licence endorsed with six points.

Vadim Sarapob, 22, of Foster Street, Boston. Drove otherwise than in accordance with a licence and three counts of driving with a vehicle in an unfit condition at Skegness. £425 fine, £60 costs and £15 surcharge. Licence endorsed with three points. (Skegness)

Jergenijs Sandulovs, 31, of Jubilee Avenue, Boston. Allowed someone to use a vehicle for which they were not insured. £400 fine, £43 costs, £15 surcharge. Licence endorsed with six points.

Jonathan Bonemen, 19, of Gosberton Road, Spalding. Driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence, driving without correct insurance and driving withouth due care and attention at Beach Lane, Gosberton. £150 fine, £43 costs and £15 surcharge. Licence endorsed with six points.

Anthony Holmes, 31, of Gosberton Road, Spalding. Aiding and abetting driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence, driving without correct insurance and not wearing a seatbelt at Beach Lane, Gosberton. £110 fine, £43 costs and £15 surcharge. Licence endorsed with six points.

Stephen Griffiths, 51, of Woodgate Road, Cinderford, Glous. Speeding at Swineshead Bridge. £200 fine, £60 costs and £15 surcharge. Licence endorsed with six points.

Louise Munton, 32, of Hurdle Tree Bank Whaplode St Catherines. Driving without correct insurance in Wyberton. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £43 costs. Licence endorsed with six points.

Roshad Abbas, 20, of Albion Terrace, Boston. Drove otherwise than in accordance with a licence and without correct insurance in Boston. £110 fine, £15 surcharge and £43 costs. Licence endorsed with six points.

Deborah Massey, 50, of Blackjack Road, Swineshead. Driving with 110 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath on South Street in Boston. The legal limit is 35. Case adjourned for pre-sentence report.

Deitrij Kostyrka, 34, of Pump Square, Boston. Driving with 42 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath in Boston. The legal limit is 35. £170 fine, £20 surcharge, £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months

Paul Topliss, 31, of Hospital Lane, Boston. Driving with 90 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood on Hospital Lane, Boston. The legal limit is 35. £300 fine, £15 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Drug Offences

Steven Murphy, 26, of Crowhall Lane, Benington. Possession of trenbolone and methylethylcathinone. Forfeiture and destruction of the drugs and one days detention. (Skegness)

Theft

Ryan Peel, 25, of no fixed abode. £100 fine, £20 surcharge and one days detention in court. (Skegness)

Stephanie Baggaley, 41, of Fenside Road, Boston. Two counts of theft from the Co-op, criminal damage at the Municipal Buildings, theft from B&M Bargains, two counts of assault and breaching three conditional discharges. Eight-week imprisonment suspended for 12 months.

Jonathan Burton, 32, of Dennis Estate, Kirton. Theft from a dwelling. Committed for trial at Lincoln Crown Court.

Shaun Doughty, 24, of Macauley Drive Lincoln. Theft of meat from Iceland, stole a car in Gosberton Risegate, drove otherwise than in accordance with a licence in Wide Bargate, assault and damaging a vehicle. Imprisoned for 34 weeks.

Rogerio Bulla, 34, of Orchard Grove, Boston. Theft from Asda. £120 fine, £20 surcharge and £60 costs.

criminal damage

Christopher Skipworth, 25, of Main Ridge East, Boston. Damaged a bathroom window at Brothertoft. Conditional discharge for 12 months.

Assault

Edward Brighton, 19, of Monarchs Road, Sutterton. Assault by beating and sending grossly inoffensive text messages. Remanded on bail for the preparation of a pre-sentence report.

Mahmood Rauslapoor, 24, of Holbeach Road, Spalding. Two counts of assault in Boston. Remanded on bail for trial.

GBH

Christopher Smith, 41, of Franklin Close, Boston. Two counts of wounding with intent, two counts of grievous bodily harm and one count of assault. Remanded in custody to awiat trial at Lincoln Crown Court.

Nathan Stubley, 20, of Royal Way, Fishtoft. One count of grievous bodily harm. Released on unconditional bail to await trial at Lincoln Crown Court.

Miscellaneous

Karl Wright,32, of Monks Road, Lincoln. Helping in the retention or removal of stolen goods. Four week prison sentence suspended for 12 months.
