Jemma Grooby, 25, of Monarchs Road, Sutterton. Theft of Nintendo Wii. Conditional discharge for 12 months, £20 compensation.
Driving offences
Monika Bernad, 33, of Peck Avenue, Boston. Driving while using a mobile phone on Sleaford Road, Boston, and failure to produce licence for a PC. £200 fine, £15 victim surcharge and £43 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.
Aigars Mucins, 26, Park Road, Boston. No insurance and driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence. £110 fine, £15 victim surcharge and £43 costs. Licence endorsed with six points.
Anthony Powell, 24, of Chapel Road, Old Leake. Driving without due care and attention, no insurance and driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence. £110 fine, £300 compensation, £15 victim surcharge and £43 costs. Disqualified from driving for six months.
David Smalley, 29, of The Leys, Tamworth. Speeding on Spilsby Road, Boston. £60 fine, £15 victim surcharge and £43 costs. Licence endorsed with four points.
Debra Black, 38, Hope Close, Keresley, Coventry. Driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence and no insurance. £110 fine, £15 victim surcharge and £43 court costs. Licence endorsed with six points.

Trespass
Jonathan Burton, 32, of Dennis Estate, Kirton. Trespass with intent to steal, taking a car without the owner’s consent, driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence, driving with no insurance and possession of diamorphine. Remanded on unconditional bail until December 11.
Miscellaneous
Benjamin Gray, 27, of Union Place, Boston. Breached a community order imposed for theft. Eight-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months.
Premier Composites, The Crescent, Wisbech. Breached an order from Boston Borough Council. Conditional discharge for six months and told to pay £976.58 costs.
Harassment
Thomas Roberts, 22, Cotton Road, Boston. Harassment. Community order for 12 months and restraining order for one year, £85 costs.
DRUGS/weapon
Joaquim Machado, 33, of Granville Street, Boston. Possesion of amphetamine and possesion of an offensive weapon. Remanded on unconditional bail until November 12.
