Gintaras Liucka, 28, of Wellington Road, Boston. Driving on Redcap Lane, Boston, with 92 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35. Also, driving while disqualified and driving without correct insurance, resisting a Pc in the execution of their duty and failing to surrender to court. And, stealing items from Tesco and Asda, obstructing a Pc in his duty and used threatening or abusive behaviour towards another person. 31 weeks imprisonment and disqualified from driving for three years. Drunk/Disorder

Thomas Roberts, 22, of Cotton Road, Boston. Drunk and disorderly in Boston and breaching a conditional discharge. £200 fine, £20 surcharge and £85 costs.
Burglary
Levi Emmanuel, 21, of Ingram Road, Boston. Burglary in Boston. Awarded conditional bail until hearing at Lincoln Crown Court on December 21.
