Driving Offences

Susan Walsh, 51, of Bladon Way, Fishtoft. Driving with unfit tyres on Sleaford Road, Boston. £60 fine, £15 surcharge and £60 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

Gabriel Wisla, 52, of Alfred Street, Boston. Driving on Sleaford Road, Boston, without correct insurance. £600 fine, £15 surcharge and £60 costs. Licence endorsed with six points.

Gintaras Liucka, 28, of Wellington Road, Boston. Driving on Redcap Lane, Boston, with 92 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35. Also, driving while disqualified and driving without correct insurance, resisting a Pc in the execution of their duty and failing to surrender to court. And, stealing items from Tesco and Asda, obstructing a Pc in his duty and used threatening or abusive behaviour towards another person. 31 weeks imprisonment and disqualified from driving for three years. (Skegness).

Marcin Cielek, 32, of Carlton Road, Boston. Speeding on Rawsons Lane, Boston. £60 fine, £15 surcharge and £43 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

Jurate Lemezoniene, 54, of Wallbrook Road, Derby. Driving without correct insurance at Fosdyke Bridge, Boston. £200 fine and £15 surcharge. Licence endorsed with six points.

Adrian Bacon, 55, of Rookery Road, Boston. Speeding on Spilsby Road, Boston. £270 fine, £15 surcharge and £60 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

Barney Wood, 24, of Windsor Bank, Boston. Speeding on Eastwood Road. £400 fine, £15 surcharge and £60 costs. Licence endorsed with four points.

Graham Wood, 63, of King Street, Boston. Speeding in Sibsey. £50 fine, £15 surcharge. Licence endorsed with three points.

Robin Woodward, 30, of West End Road, Frampton. Speeding on the A52 at Grantham. £400 fine, £15 surcharge and £60 costs. Licence endorsed with four points.

Tomas Bairasauskas, 23, of Willoughby Road, Boston. Failure to notify correctly the transfer of a vehicle. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £90 costs.

Richard Barker, 26, of The Courtyard, Boston. Failed to notify correctly the transfer of a vehicle. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £90 costs.

Richard Dixon, 41, of Woad Farm Road, Boston. Failure to notify correctly the transfer of a vehicle. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £90 costs.

Anthony Fleming, 33, of Monarchs Road, Sutterton. Failure to notify correctly the transfer of a vehicle. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £90 costs.

Gemma Harris, 28, of Sunningdale Drive, Boston. Failure to notify correctly the transfer of a vehicle. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £90 costs.

Robin Huckstep, of Norfolk Street, Boston. Failure to notify correctly the transfer of a vehicle. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £90 costs.

Marion Husak, of Haven Meadows, Boston. Failure to notify correctly the transfer of a vehicle. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £90 costs.

Lee Kemp, 28, of Main Road, New Bolingbroke. Failure to notify correctly the transfer of a vehicle. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £90 costs.

Mantas Kiaukara, 23, of Fenside Road, Boston. Failure to notify correctly the transfer of a vehicle. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £90 costs.

Nirgilijus Krupenas, 43, of Willoughby Road, Boston. Using an unlicensed vehicle on Sherrif Way, Boston. £600 fine, £137.50 vehicle excise duty and £90 costs.

Lisa Luffman, 28, of Tower Street, Boston. Failure to notify correctly the transfer of a vehicle. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £90 costs.

Susan Moore, of Brothertoft Road, Boston. Failure to notify correctly the transfer of a vehicle. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £90 costs.

Anthony Raynolds, Tawney Street, Boston. Two counts of using a vehicle which was unlicensed on Tawney Street, £150 fine, £72.93 vehicle excise duty and £90 costs.

Stephen Ridley, of Mill Road, Boston. Failure to notify correctly the transfer of a vehicle. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £90 costs.

Allyson Smith, 42, of Pilgrim Road, Boston. Using a vehicle on Pech Avenue which was unlicensed. £200 fine, £22.50 vehicle excise duty and £90 costs.

Miscellaneous

Dean Gibbens, 37, of Northlands, Boston. Travelling without a valid rail ticket in Spalding. £120 costs, £12.80 compensation.

Jed Haw, 24, of Baby Row, Swineshead. Assisiting in the removal, retention or disposal of stolen goods and breach of a conditional discharge. £75 fine and £15 victim surcharge.

Drunk/Disorder

Mareks Arhipovs, 32, of Alfred Street, Boston. Drunk and disorderly in Skegness. Conditional discharge for 12 months and £85 costs. (Skegness).

Thomas Roberts, 22, of Cotton Road, Boston. Drunk and disorderly in Boston and breaching a conditional discharge. £200 fine, £20 surcharge and £85 costs.

Burglary

Levi Emmanuel, 21, of Ingram Road, Boston. Burglary in Boston. Awarded conditional bail until hearing at Lincoln Crown Court on December 21.
