Here’s a rundown of the latest cases involving Boston defendants and offences committed in the area:

Driving offences

James Williams, 18, of Fishtoft Road, Boston. Driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence on South End, Boston, failing to produce licence for examination and rode a motorcycle which did not conform to requirements. £115 fine, £15 surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

Marek Mol, 48, of Witham Street, Boston. Failure to provide details following an accident in West Street, failed to produce a licence and drove without due care and attention. £350 fine, £20 surcharge and £43 costs. Licence endorsed with five points.

Maria Rosa, 54, of Ingram Road, Boston. Driving without correct insurance on Skirbeck Road, Boston. £140 fine, £15 surcharge and £43 costs. Disqualified from driving for six months.

Jolanta Kiresare, 42, of Sun Valley Holiday Park, St Austell. Drove without correct insurance on Liqourpond Street, Boston. £100 fine, £15 surcharge and £15 costs.

Daniel John Rowe, 22, of Peter Paine Close, Butterwick. Failed to report a road incident and drove without due care and attention on Eastwood Road, Boston. Wilfully obstructed CID officers and caused wasteful employment of the police. £860 fine, £86 surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with seven points.

Mihails Sidlovics, 28, of Freiston Road, Boston. Drove on Freiston Road with 69 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35. Also, drove while disqualified and wilfully obstructed a PC in his duty. 20-week prison sentence and disqualified from driving for three years. (Skegness Magistrates’ Court).

Denis Strelkovs, 19, of Morton Terrace, Haven Village. Drove on Lister Way, Boston, with 92 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35. Also, drove without correct insurance. £170 fine, 12-month community order with 80 hours’ unpaid work, £60 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 23 months.

Theft

Paulo Da Chuna, 39, of Tunnard Street, Boston. Stole two bottles of whiskey from B&M Bargains and breached a conditional discharge. £100 fine and £15 surcharge. One day’s custody in the court.

Pranas Kryzevicius, 60, of Albion Terrace, Boston. Stole gloves and bedding from B&M Bargains and stole groceries from Marks and Spencer and breached a community order. 
Four-month prison sentence suspended for 12 months, with 70 hours’ unpaid work.

Simeon Edwards, 18, of Ingram Road, Boston. Stole a hat and gloves from Scooby Doo stores and breached a conditional discharge and a suspended sentence. Three-month custodial sentence. (Skegness Magistrates’ Court).

Sean Christopher Clay, 27, of Tower Road, Boston. Stole a purse in Boston. 12-month community order with a drug rehabilitation order, £60 surcharge and £85 costs.

MaryAnn Jobson, 30, of Joy Paine Close, Boston. Stole cleaning products from the Co-op, meat from Costcutter, in Kirton, confectionary from the Co-op, groceries from the Co-op, sweets from the Applegreen petrol station and salmon and gammon from the Co-op. 10-week prison sentence. (Skegness Magistrates’ Court).

Martin Thorn-Blackman, 22, of Bartol Crescent, Boston. Drunk and disorderly in West Street. 12-month conditional discharge, £15 surcharge and £40 costs. (Skegness Magistrates’ Court).

Miscellaneous

Nathan Bourne, 21, of Hardwick Estate, Kirton. Breached a non-molestation order on a number of ocasions, and breached a suspended sentence. Six-month prison sentence and a restraining order imposed.

David Brocklesby, 24, of Carlton Road, Boston. Damaged a fence, entered a shed as a trespasser with intent to steal and stole cash from Dunworth Stores. Also, breached a conditional discharge and a number of community orders. 12-month community order with drug rehabilitation requirement, £60 surcharge, £15 compensation and £40 costs.

Aaron Fee, 29, of Outfield, Bretton. Drunk and disorderly and resisted a constable in the execution of his duty in Strait Bargate. £50 fine, £15 surcharge and £40 costs. Also, detained in the 
courthouse for one day.

Stephen Bruce, 51, of Pulvertoft Lane, Boston. Fraudulently attempted to claimed benefits. Eight-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, with 100 hours’ unpaid work.

Mantas Stirbys, 22, of Sleaford Road, Boston. Drunk and disorderly in Bridge Street, Boston. £100 fine, £20 surcharge and £85 costs.

John Devine, 26, of Cowsley Road, Derby. Trespassing at Frithville in pursuit of game and breached a suspended sentence order. £135 fine, £20 surcharge and £85 costs.

Assault

Carl Royston, 21, of Manygates Park, Wakefield. Assault in Boston. 16-week prison sentence.

Christopher Webster, 22, of Haven Bank, Boston. Assault in Skegness. 12-month conditional discharge and £85 costs. (Skegness Magistrates’ Court).
