Here’s a rundown of results of cases at Boston Magistrates’ Court involving people from the borough of Boston:

Trespassing

Andrew Lindsay, 26, of Granville Street, Boston. Trespassing and theft of a mobile phone. Remanded on bail until December 28 for commital.

Driving Offences

Zbigniew Mazur, 50, of Kime Mews, Boston. Driving while disqualified and driving without correct insurance on Spilsby Road, Boston. £390 fine, £39 victim surcharge and £85 costs, disqualified from driving for seven months.

Bobby Walton, 22, of Common Road, Wrangle. Drove a vehicle on the A52 at Benington with no test certificate.£75 fine, £15 victim surcharge and £75 costs.

Dane Harper, 24, of Main Road, Sibsey. Speeding at Sibsey. £60 fine, £15 victim surcharge and £43. Licence endorsed with three points.

Ricardo Diniz, 38, of Stells Lane, Boston. Failure to stop following a collision on South Street, Boston, failed to provide personal details to the other party and drove without due care and attention. £250 fine, £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with five points.

Stefan Erdei, 32, of Stenner Road, Coningsby. Drove while disqualified on John Adams Way. £650 fine, £15 fine and £85 costs, Disqualifed from driving for six months.

Rafal Mach, 35, of Sleaford Road, Boston. Driving with 160 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath on Red Lion Street, Boston. Driving while disqualified and driving without correct insurance. Imprisoned for 26 weeks, disqualified from driving for five years.

Joanna Brzeczek, 33, of Hawthorn Bank, Spalding. Speeding at Swineshead Bridge. £60 fine, £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

Michael Coleman, 43, of Crofters Way, Camden. Speeding at Wrangle. £60 fine, £15 surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

Benjamin Goor, 24, of Park Road, Boston. Driving a car of insufficient standard and driving without correct insurance in Queen Street, Boston. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £85 costs.

Audrius Granauskas, 25, of Fydell Street, Boston. Speeding at Wrangle. £60 fine, £15 surcharge and £85 costs. Licence ensdorsed with three points.

Vytautas Jankus, 33, of South End, Boston. Drove with 102 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath on Sleaford Road, Boston. Three month suspended sentence, £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for four years.

Emantas Jasinauskas, 25, of Taverner Road, Boston. £500 fine, £15 surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with six points.

Theft

Ivan Holmes-Parker, 32, of Sherwood Avenue, Boston. Stole a laptop valued at £399. £110 fine, £15 victim surcharge and £200 costs.

Arlene Hawksford, 22, of Alexandra Road, Skegness. Stole a bottle of perfume valued at £19.99 from TK MAXX in Boston. Conditional discharge for nine months, £15 victim surcharge and £30 costs .

Simeon Edwards, 18, of Ingram Road, Boston. Stole four SD cards valued at £93.60 and headphones, a memory card valued at £33, two boxes of bagels, to a value unknown, and Lynx products to a value unkown from Asda. Three one-month prison sentences to run concurrently and suspended for 18 months and a three-month prison sentence to be suspended for 18 months.


Nuno Dinz, 29, currently residing at HMP Lincoln. Stole £140 cash and commited a further offence while on a suspended sentence order. Imprisoned for 28 days.

Miscellaneous

Simeon Edwards, 18, of Ingram Road, Boston. Damaged cell walls at Boston Police Station, stole scratch cards worth £22, stole a cup of drink valued at £1.49 from KFC in Boston, stole a bottle of VK valued at £3.20 from Wetherspoons in Boston, assault, sexual touching of a girl under the age of 13 and used threatening behaviour towards another person.
Remanded in custody until November 20.

Michael Bray, 46, of Church Road, Boston. Breached a court-imposed injunction. Conditional discharge for six months and £40 costs.

PUBLIC ORDER

Sebastian Fratczak, 30, of Spilsby Road, Boston. Used threatening behaviour towards another and failed to surrender to the court. Remanded on unconditional bail until November 21.

Drugs

Joaquim Machado, 33, of Granville Street, Boston. Possessing a small amount of amphetamine and possession of an offensive weapon in public. Sentence deferred to March 11.

Jonathan Burton, 32, of Dennis Estate, Boston. Possession of diamorphine, took a vehicle without the owner’s consent, driving without insurance, driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence and trespassing at Kirton Medical Centre. Community order for nine months, £300 compensation and £40 costs. Disqualified from driving for six months.
