Theft

Peter Parrish, 25, of Woodthorpe Avenue, Boston. Theft of three rings. 12-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months, 60 hours’ unpaid work and ordered to pay compensation of £850.

David Brocklesby, 24, of Revesby Avenue, Boston. Theft. Conditional discharge for nine months, pay £17.52 compensation to the Co-op in West Street and told to pay £85 court costs.

Marius Platakys, 21, of no fixed abode. Theft of perfume. Fined £70 and told to pay £20 victim surcharge. Also breached a conditional discharge. No extra penalty given. No order for court costs. (Skegness Magistrates’ Court).

False Info

Artur Majewski, 29, Duke Street, Boston. Failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £600 and ordered to pay court costs of £43 and a victim surcharge of £15. (Skegness Magistrates’ Court).

Representation

Debora Carr, 45, of Norbury Close, Manchester. False representation – cashed a cheque for £3,000 intending to make a gain. 12-month community order with 180 hours of unpaid work and ordered to pay £50 court costs.

Council tax

Howard Cuell, of Park Lane, Donington. Non-payment of council tax. South Holland District Council made a liability order for a total of £1057.31. (Spalding Magistrates’ Court).

No Waiting

Daniel Relton, 19, of Hobhole Road, Midville. Waiting on a road where waiting was prohibited. Fined £50 and ordered to pay court costs of £35 and a victim surcharge of £15.
