Here’s a rundown of the latest cases before Boston Magistrates’ Court:
Trespassing
Kane Cartwright, 19, of Shaw Road, Boston. Trespassing on railways lines at Grand Sluice, Boston. £50 fine, £15 surcharge and £43 costs.
Miscellaneous
Stephen Hart, 62, of Quadring Bank, Quadring. Destroyed a phone belonging to somebody else. £95 fine, £150 compensation, £20 surcharge and £85 costs.
George Harrison, 25, of Windsor Crescent, Boston. Fishing otherwise than in accordance with a licence. £50 fine, £15 surcharge and £127.47 costs.
Igors Bogdanovs, 25, of Norfolk Street, Boston. Possessing a lock knife in West Street, Boston, and breached a conditional discharge. £300 fine, £20 surcharge and £85 costs. Knife to be forfeited and destroyed.
Jimmy Nuttall, 20, of Lowfields Lane, Butterwick. Drunk and disorderly in a public place. 12-month conditional discharge, £15 surcharge and £85 costs.
Josh Andrew, 20, of Freiston Terrace, Boston. Possession of cannabis at Tunnard Street, Boston. £50 fine, £20 surcharge and £85 costs. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.
Sammie Pagden, 19, of Jubilee Avenue, Boston. Possession of cannabis at Tunnard Street, Boston, and breach of conditional discharge. £50 fine, £20 surcharge and £85 costs. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.
Andrezej Kamecki, 22, of Castle Street, Boston. Assault. 12-month community order, £60 surcharge and £85 costs.

Yvonne Bruggencate, 57, of Hudsons Gardens, Boston. Registered owner of a vehicle which did not meet the insurance requirements. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £110 costs.
Benjamin Baldwin, 26, of Marian Road, Boston. Registered owner of a vehicle which did not meet the insurance requirements. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £110 costs.
Stephen Brooks, of Abbey Crescent, Swineshead. Registered owner of a vehicle which did not meet the insurance requirements. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £110 costs.
John Day, of The Lees, Tumby. Registered owner of a vehicle in Boston which did not meet the insurance requirements. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £90 costs.
Indra Eskina, 29, of Castle Street, Boston. Registered owner of a vehicle which did not meet the insurance requirements. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £90 costs.
John Goodfellow, 44, of Pettit Wat, Fishtoft. Registered owner of a vehicle which did not meet the insurance requirements. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £90 costs.
Gary Haresign, 31, of Armtree Road, Langrick. Registered owner of a vehicle which did not meet the insurance requirements. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £110 costs.
Jed Haw, of Irby Street, Boston. Registered owner of a vehicle which did not meet the insurance requirements. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £110 costs.
Aldis Kleins, of Brothertoft Road, Boston. Registered owner of a vehicle which did not meet the insurance requirements. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £90 costs.
Janis Kleins, 25, of Tooley Street, Boston. Registered owner of a vehicle which did not meet the insurance requirements. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £110 costs.
Strong Krysztof, 51, of Tannery Close, Boston. Registered owner of a vehicle which did not meet the insurance requirements. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £100 costs.
Sefolin Lavdrim, of Liquorpond Street, Boston. Failed to deliver part of the registration document when transfering the car. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £90 costs.
Martin Peak, 42, of Main Road, Leverton. Registered owner of a vehicle which did not meet the insurance requirements. £100 fine, £15 surcharge and £110 costs.
Roy Penfold, of Main Road, Leverton. Registered owner of a vehicle which did not meet the insurance requirements. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £110 costs.
Tadas Pilpavicius, 24, of Bayford Green, Boston. Registered owner of a vehicle which did not meet the insurance requirements. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £110 costs.
Linas Povilaitis, Sunningdale Drive, Boston. Registered owner of a vehicle which did not meet the registration requirements. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £110 costs.
Alan Powell, 37, of Skirbeck Road, Boston. Failed to deliver part of the registration document when transfering a vehicle. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £90 costs.
Jamie Syndercombe, 26, of Blacksmiths Grove, Fishtoft. Failed to deliver part of the registration document when transferring a vehicle. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £90 costs.
Jose Rocha, 40, of Kyme Road, Boston. Drove on Argyle Street, Boston, with 88 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35. Also, driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence. Four-month prison sentence and disqualified from driving for five years.
Peter Phillips, 32, of Ivy Lane, Coningsby. Driving on Dogdyke Road, Coningsby, without correct insurance. £110 fine, £15 surcharge and £43 costs. Licence endorsed with six points. (Skegness Magistrates’ Court).
