Brannon Claxton, 19, of Chapel Street, Boston. Failed to comply with a suspended sentence order (imposed for two thefts) made by East Lincolnshire Magistrates’ Court. Order to continue.
Fagner Pereira Perazzo, 29, of Station Road, Swineshead. At Lincoln with intent to deceive, forged a licence under the Road Traffic Act 1988. £155 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence to be forfeited and destroyed.
Adam Barry North, 31, of Main Road, Wrangle. At Ingoldmells, damaged a glass fire extinguisher case, two fire extinguishers and a plastic shower tray to the value of £790 plus labour costs, belonging to The Village, Sea Lane, Ingoldmells, twice assaulted a constable in the execution of his duty. Conditional discharge for 12 months, £690 compensation, to pay £10 compensation (twice).
Mary Ann Jobson, 30, of Fenside Road, Boston. At Coop store, West Street, stole confectionary to the value of £15, at Coop on Argyle Street, stole body wash and washing liquid to the value of £62.62 at Joy Paine Close, stole cash to the value of £60 and committed a further offence while subject to order of conditional discharge. Committed to three four month prison sentences to run concurrent, no action taken on breach.
Martynas Kolumbajevas, 23, of Sleaford Road, Boston. Stole a joint of beef valued at £14.48 belonging to Asda, Boston. £50 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £220 costs.
Rimantas Makarevicius, 24, of Ancaster Court, Broadfield Lane, Boston. At Rosegarth Street, stole biscuits and cosmetics of a value unknown belonging to B&M stores, failed to surrender at Boston Magistrates’ Court. Twice committed to prison for 16 weeks to run concurrent. Stole a bottle of aftershave to the value of £45 belonging to Oldrids Department Store, convicted of an offence while a community order (for theft, possession of drugs time two and possession of a bladed article) is in force. Committed to prison for 16 weeks times five, to run concurrent. Stole a home phone to the value of £65 belonging to Asda. Committed to prison for 16 weeks to run concurrent.
Floyd Mcnally-Jones, 18, of South Square, Boston. Stole a mobile phone to value unknown. £40 compensation.
Kelvin Keith Moody, 28, of no fixed address. Entered as a trespasser a brick built shed and stole a guitar, amplifier and push bike to the value of £300. Community order made for defendant to complete a drug rehabilitation requirment, £60 victim surcharge.
Nathan Kenneth, 37, of North Sea Camp, Croppers Lane, Freiston. At Boston, havingh been temporarily released at North Sea Camp, remained unlawfully at large after the expiry of the period released. Committed to prison for one month to run concurrent.
Michael Peter Patton, 23, of Penny Gardens, Kirton. Assault by beating. Community order to complete alcohol awareness activity for 10 days and supervisions for 12 months, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
Giedrius Venkus, 34, of Fydell Street, Boston. Assault by beating, possession of a knife, assaulted a constable in the execution of duty. Community order to carry out 200 hours’ unpaid work in the next 12 months (times three), £100 compensation, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
Stasys Jasas, 44, of Sydney Street, Boston. Drove on Carlton Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 76 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35), drove without insurance, drove without a licence. £350 fine, £35 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified for 20 months.
Remigijus Zilionis, 33, of Portland Street, Boston. Drove on Carlton Road while disqualified, drove without insurance. £250 fine, £25 fine, £85 costs, licence endorsed with eight points.
