Here’s a look at latest cases involving Boston defendants...

Assault

Patrick Thornton, 31, of Eastwood Road, Boston. Assault. Remanded on bail to await further evidence.

Aleksandrs Kurtejevs, 24, of Witham Street, Boston. Assault, causing criminal damage. and resisting a PC in the execution of his duty. Remanded on bail to await trial.

Carl Royston, 21, of Oakenshaw Street, Agbrigg, Wakefield. Assault in Boston. Remanded on unconditional bail for pre-sentence report.

Lee Melless, 34, of Charles Street, Boston. Assault. Community order for 12 months, £60 surcharge and £85 costs.

Igors Selepjonoks, 34, of Skirbeck Road, Boston. Assault. Case adjourned for Newton hearing.

Harassment

Roland Warth, 64, of Holmes Road, Frampton Fen. Harassment. Remanded on bail to await trial.

trespassing

Casey Bloom, 21, of Edwin Street, Boston. Two counts of trespassing in a shed intending to steal a bicycle. Community order made and total compensation of £480 to be paid.

Stephen Taylor, 50, of Wardle Road, Rochdale. Trespassing at Mareham le Fen in pursuit of game. Restraining order made not to enter Lincolnshire with dogs until December 2015. £300 fine, £15 surcharge and £43 costs. (Skegness Magistrates’ Court).

Criminal damage

Simeon Edwards, 18, of Ingram Road, Boston. Damaged cell walls at Boston Police Station, stole £22 worth of scratch cards, assault, sexual touching of a girl under 13, stole a drink from KFC, stole bottles of VK from Wetherspoons and used threatening or abusive language towards another person. Remanded in custody for reports. (Skegness Magistrates’ Court)

Christine Duffy, 60, of Summerson Close, Donington. Speeding at Swineshead Bridge. £60 fine, £15 surcharge and £43 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

Jason Chase, 43, of Main Road, Titchwell. Speeding at Swineshead Bridge. £150 fine, £15 surcharge and £43 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

Derrick Foster, 38, of Charnock Hall Road, Sheffield. Driving without correct insurance and otherwise than in accordabnce with a licence on West Street. £110 fine, £15 surcharge and £43 costs. Licence endorsed with six points.

Benjamin Baldwin, 25, of Marian Road, Boston. Driving without due care and attention and otherwise than in accordance with a licence at Frithville. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £60 costs. Licence endorsed with four points.

Nikodem Borkowski, 33, of Willoughby Road, Boston. Speeding on Horncastle Road. £200 fine, £15 fine and £60 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

James Chinn, 34, of Livingstone Drive, Spalding. Speeding at High Street, Gosberton. £400 fine, £15 surcharge and £60 costs. Licence endorsed with four points.

Georgina Cooper, 33, of Sutterton, Boston. Speeding at Welby. £60 fine, £15 fine and £43 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

Connor Curtis, 19, of Shelbrake Road, Sleaford. Driving on Ingram Road, Boston, without correct insurance and failing to produce a certificate of insurance. £600 fine, £15 surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with six points.

Luke Warriner, 22, of Wellbeck Avenue, Newark. Driving in Boston without wearing a seatbelt. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £85 costs.

Melanie Gardner, 25, of St Leodegars Close, Boston. Driving without correct insurance on Brothertoft Road, Boston, and failing to produce insurance certificate. £600 fine, £15 surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with six points.

Samantha Hough, 42, of Stoney Lane, Spondon, Derby. Speeding at Sibsey. £400 fine, £15 surcharge and £60 costs. Licence endorsed with four points.

Renata Vieraitiene, 27, of King Street, Great Yarmouth. Driving with too many people in the car and driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence at Wigtoft. £400 fine, £15 surcharge and £60 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

Simon Windley, 55, of Hemingby Lane, Horncastle. Speeding at Sibsey. £60 fine and £15 surcharge. Licence endorsed with three points.

Miscellaneous

Stephen Mellors, 19, of Freiston Road, Boston. Assault, used threatening language towards another person on Town Bridge, Boston, and assaulted a PC in the execution of his duty. Community order for 12 months with 60 hours of unpaid work and other requirements, pay £50 compensation and £60 surcharge.

theft

Martin Brown, 31, of Jubilee Avenue, Boston. Stole alcohol from the Co-op. Remanded on bail to await trial.
