Teresa Jane Smith, 40, of Elizabeth Road, Boston. At Boston, committed assault by beating. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £100 compensation, £50 costs.

Drink driving

Mirolslav Olenkovic, 37, of Pipe Office Lane, Boston. Drove on Park Road, Boston, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 89 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 22 months.

Drugs

Artjoms Suhanovs, 23,of Bradford Road, Boston. At Boston, had possession of a small amount of cannabis bush, at Boston, had possession of 0.50 grams methylamphetamine. £160 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed.

At Nettleham, having been required to, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Karnail Digpal Singh, 55, of Marlingford Road, Easton. Speeding on the A17 at Swineshead Bridge. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence or counterpart endorsed with three points.

Osvaldas Buceils, 24, of Alford Terrace Haven Village, Boston. At Boston, used a motor vehicle on Nelson Way without insurance. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, licence endorsed with six points.

Marcis Derkevics, 27, of Spilsby Road, Boston. Speeding on the A52 at Skegness. £150 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £43 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Andrzej Marcin Wal, 41, of George Street, Boston. At Boston, used a motor vehicle on New Hammond Beck Road without insurance. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for six months.

Karolis Ciuzas, age unknown, of Granville Street, Boston. At Granville Street, Boston, being the registered keeper of a mechanically propelled vehicle, failed to deliver to the Secretary of State, that part of the registration document containing the required particulars relating to the notification of transfer of the vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £90 costs.

David Henry, 48, of Tower Road, Boston. At Boston, being the keeper of a vehicle, which was alleged to have been used on a road in contravention of the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994, failed to give such information as to the identity of the person who kept the said vehicle on the road. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £90 costs.
