Bruno Mauricio Matos, 35, of Ingelow Avenue, Boston. At Boston was the person in whose name a vehicle was registered under the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994 when it did not meet the insurance requirements of the Road Traffic Act 1988. £200 fine, £29 victim surcharge, £110 costs.

Mantus Naorbutus, 29, of Tattershall Road, Boston. At Boston, was the person in whose name a vehicle was registered under the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994 when it did not meet the insurance requirements of the Road Traffic Act 1988. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £110 costs.

Krzysztof Jan Pawliczuk, 33, of London Road, Boston. At Boston, kept on Oxford Street, a vehicle which was unlicensed. £400 fine, £140 vehicle excise back duty, £90 costs.

Jordan Sesstein, 20, of Spalding Road, Sutterton. At Spalding, being the keeper of a vehicle which was alleged to have been used on a road in contravention the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994, failed to give such information as to the identity of the person who kept the said vehicle on the road as was required by or on behalf of the Secretary of State. £150 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £90 costs.

Theft

Kamil Falc, 31, of Fydell Street, Boston. At Boston, stole a bottle of brandy to the value of £4.49 belonging to B&M store, commission of a further offence during the operational period a suspended sentence for an offence of burglary. Community order made to include 40 hours’ unpaid work, £4.49 compensation, £85 costs, suspended sentence to continue 10 hours’ unpaid work added for the breach.

Luke Newark, 31, of Thornimans Lane, Frampton. At Boston, stole clothing to the value of £90 belonging to Marks and Spencer. Discharged conditionally for 18 months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Assault

Rimantas Magdusauskas, 42, of Peck Avenue, Boston. At Boston, committeed assault by beating. Community order made to include a supervision requirement, £200 compensation, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Emil Marcin Biega, 37, of Woodville Road, Boston. At Boston, assaulted a constable in the execution of his duty. £65 fine, £50 compensation, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Liam Benjamin Bull, 23, of Sleaford Road, Boston. At Boston, committed assault occassioning actual bodily harm. Discharged conditionally for six months, £90 compensation, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Failure to comply

Kamil Falc, 31, of Fydell Street, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Lincolnshire Magistrates’ Court by twice failing to attend unpaid work, failing to provide an acceptable explanation to cover the absence and failing to maintain contact with offender manager. Order to continue with 10 hours’ unpaid work added for the breach.

Drunk and disorder

Andrezej Skiba, 25, of Fydell Street, Boston. On Red Lion Street, Boston, was guilty, while drink, of disorderly behaviour. £65 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs
