Fraud

Renaldas Brivinskas, 32, of Pulvertoft Lane, Boston. At Boston Police Station, with intent to deceive, had in their possession a document so closely resembling a licence under the Road Traffic Act 1988 as to be calculated to deceive. £80 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Theft

Shaun Coles, 21, of Elizabeth Road, Boston. At Boston, stole two iPhones of a value unknown. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £250 compensation, £50 costs.

Mark Wilkinson, 44, of Queen Street, Boston. Stole a hoodie to the value of £49.99 belonging to Oldrids store. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £49.99 compensation, £15 victim surcharge.

Motoring

Krzysztof Zalcberg, 59, of Rectory Road, Boston. At Grantham, being a person driving a vehicle, failed to comply with the indication given by a traffic sign, namely a red light traffic signal, on Bridge End Road. £120 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Tomas Gegelevicius, 20, of Hurle Crescent, Boston. Drove on River Way, Boston, used a vehicle without insurance. Discharged absolutely, £85 costs, no endorsement for special reason, defendent had no intention to drive.

Antonio Manuel De Sousa Ribeiro, 50, Huntsman Close, Fishtoft. At Boston, being the driver of a vehicle, owing to the presence of which on a road, an accident occured whereby damage was caused to another vehicle, failed to stop; being the driver of a vehicle, owing to the presence of which on Kingsway an accident occured whereby damage was caused to another vehicle and not having given his name and address to a person having reasonable grounds for requiring him to do so, failed to report the accident at a police station or to a constable as soon as was reasonably practicable, and in any case within 24 hours of the occurence of the accident; drove on Kingsway without due care and attention. £160 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with five points.

Kenneth Edmond, 65, of The Garth, Cotingham. Speeding on Langrick Road, Wildmore. £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Andrzej Kamecki, 23, of Mayflower Road, Boston. On Sleaford Road, Boston, used a vehicle when the windscreen was not maintained in such condition that the vision of the driver was not obscured while the vehicle was being driven on the road. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Mantas Kiaukara, 24, of Woad Farm Road, Boston. Used a vehicle on the A16, at Kirton, without insurance; speeding on the A16, at Kirton. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with eight points.

Levi Danal Emmanuel, 23, of Chapel Street, Boston. At Boston, drove on Fishtoft Road, without due care and attention. At Boston, being the driver of a vehicle, owing to the presence of which on Fishtoft Road an accident occured whereby damage was caused to another vehicle, failed to stop and on being required by a person having reasonable grounds for so requiring failed to give your name and address and the name and address of the owner and the identification marks of the vehicle, used a vehicle on Fishtoft Road without insurance, drove without a licence. £130 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for six months.

Raminta Kaciusyte, 19, of Tawney Street, Boston. At Boston, permitted Levi Emmanuel, to use a vehicle on a road, without insurance, at Boston permitted Emmanuel to drive a vehicle without a licence, at Boston aided, abetted, counselled or procured Emmanuel, who, being the driver of a mechanically propelled vehicle, owing to the presence of which on Fishtoft Road, an accident occured whereby damage was caused to another vehicle, failed to stop. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Dr Ekkehart Staufenberg, 55, of Framingham Lane, Bramerton. Speeding on the A17 at Swineshead Bridge. £21 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Paul Andrew Weller, 48, of Saffron Close, Littleport, Ely. Speeding on the A17 at Swineshead Bridge. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Allan Russell Wilkins, 60, of Collingwood Crescent, Wyberton. Speeding on the B1192 Langrick Road. £430 fine, £43 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Drink-driving

Stuart Adrian Dixon, 56, of Tattershall Road, Boston. At Boston, drove a camper van on Tattershall Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 111 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). Committed to prison for 10 weeks suspended for 12 months to include a nine month supervision requirement, £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for four years.
