At Liquorpond Street, Boston, being the driver of a vehicle, owing to the presence of which an accident occured whereby damage was caused to another vehicle and not having given your name and address to a person having reasonable grounds for requiring you to do so, failed to report the accident at a police station or to a constable as soon as was reasonably practicable and in any case within 24 hours of the accident. £75 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £45 costs, licence endorsed with five points.

Assault

Tomas Valukonis, 28, of Wyberton Low Road, Boston. Twice, at Boston, committed assault by beating. Community order made to include 12 month supervision requirement, restraining order made, £100 compensation, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Lauris Mihailovs, 38, of no fixed abode. At Boston, committed assault by beating. Detained in the courthouse.Detention deemed served by reason of time already spent in custody.

Darius Kuprevicius, 41, of Windsor Bank, Boston. Twice committed assault by beating, in Boston. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Theft

Valerij Lukin, 24, of Brothertoft Road, Boston. At Boston, stole a jacket to the value of £30 belonging to Asda, failure to comply with a conditional discharge for an offence of theft. Community order made to include six month drug rehabilitation requirement, £60 victim surcharge, £40 costs.

Drink-driving

Fintan Mahgabhan, 43, of Swaton Fen, Sleaford. At Boston, drove on Garfits Lane, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath namely 100 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. £1000 fine, £100 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 36 months.

Failure to comply

Tadeus Ivancevic, 35, of Willonholt, Peterborough. At Boston, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for three years.
