Motoring

Ashley Hutchinson, 31, of Park Avenue, Skegness. Speeding on the A52 at Swineshead Road, Kirton, when the vehicle displayed a restricted speed plate or something resembling such a plate. £130 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Mantas Karbauskas, 22, of Fenside Road, Boston. At Boston, drove on Lister Way, while using a mobile telephone. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Andrius Barauskas, 36, of Smalley Road, Fishtoft. Speeding on the A151 Holbeach Road, Spalding, also drove while using a hand-held mobile telephone. Two £85 fines, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

David Harris, 44, of Croft Bank, Croft, speeding on the A52 at Wrangle. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Brendan Phillip Knight, 32, of Shaw Road, Boston. Speeding on the A16 at Sibsey. Discharged absolutely, no ‘totting’ disqualification due to exceptional hardship, licence endorsed with three points.

Fancisco Jose Barbosa, 29, of Saddlers Way, Fishtoft. At Ashlawn Drive, Boston, used a motor vehicle without insurance. £650 fine, £65 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Craig Edward Berridge, 45, of Cross Street, Skegness. Speeding on the A52 at Butterwick. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

David Markham, 38, of Joys Bank, Holbeach St Johns, Holbeach. At Wyberton, used a motorvehicle on Low Road without insurance, drove without an MOT. £650 fine, £65 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Garry Loughran, 42, of Monaghan Road, Middletown. Speeding at Swineshead Bridge. £120 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Christopher Smith, 21, of Hide Close, Boston. At Boston, being the driver of a vehicle, owing to the presence of which on Park Gate an accident occured whereby damage was caused to another vehicle, failed to stop, also did not give details or report the accident to a police station as soon as was reasonably practicable, drove without due care and attention, drove without a licence. £75 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with five points.

Daniel Grodzicki, 27, of Station Street, Boston. At Gosberton, drove on the A152 without a licence, drove without insurance. £150 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Failure to comply

Svajunas Bagdanavicus, 43, of Holyrood Walk, Spalding. At Boston, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into any offences, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. £300 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for three years.

Antonia Danielle Hickman, 21, of Caleb Hill Road, Old Leake. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Boston Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend a thinking skills programme and displaying unacceptable behaviour, failed to provide an acceptable explanation to cover the absence and failing to maintain contact with your offender manager. Order to continue, with 10 hours’ unpaid work added for the breach (110 hours total) and supervision requirement, £75 costs.

Raitis Jakolevs, 29, of Hospital Lane, Boston. At Nettleham, having been required by or on behalf of the chief of police for Lincolnshire, failed to give information relating to the the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Possession

Edgars Balodis, 30, of no fixed abode. At Boston, had posession of 0.41 grammes of Methylmethcathinone, and failed reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Boston police station. Discharged conditionally for six months, £135 fine, £20 victim surcharge, drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

Simone Newark, 45, of no fixed abode. At Witham Bank East, Boston, had possession of a quantity of amphetamine. Discharged conditionally for six months, £15 victim surcharge, drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

Boriss Mulers, 28, of Havelock Street, Spalding. At Boston police station, had possession of 0.94 grammes of a Methylmethcathinone. Failed without reasonable excuse to surrender to Boston Magistrates’ Court, commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for an offence of criminal damage. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, £200 costs, drugs to be forfeited and destroyed, no action taken on breach.

Angela Julie Poulson, 52, of Brewster Road, Boston. At Boston was the parent of a child of compulsory school age who was registered at Haven High Academy and failed to attend regularly at that school. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge.

Theft

Paul Anthony Hazzard, 35, of Shaw Road, Boston. At Boston, stole a pedal cycle of a value unknown, commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for 18 months ordered for an offence of assault by beating. Community order made, to include a six week curfew, £40 compensation, £20 victim surcharge.

Miroslaw Kruc, 47, of South End, Boston. At Boston, stole meat to the value of £21.44 belonging to Morrisons store, commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for six months imposed for an offence of theft. £75 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Tobias George Wood, 30, of East Cobgate, Malton. At Main Right West, Boston, stole £259.20 cash and £2,572.48 worth of stock and alcoholic beverages belonging to the Coach and Horses public house. Community order made to include 200 hours’ unpaid work, £204 compensation and £100 costs.

David Hoyles, 38, of Quaker Lane, Boston. At Butterwick, having entered as a trespasser a building, The Scout Hut, Girls School Lane, Butterwick, and stole therein computer equipment of a value unknown. Community order made, to include 12 months supervision, £75 compensation, £50 costs.

Steven Gary Ricky Middleton, 22, of Quaker Lane, Boston. At Butterwick, having entered as a trespasser a building, nameley The Scout Hut, Girls School Lane, Butterwick, and stole therein computer equipment of a value unknown. Community order made to include 120 hours’ unpaid work, £75 compensation, £50 costs.

Drink-driving

Adam Jakubowski, 45, of Taverner Road, Boston. At Boston, was in charge of a motorvehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 61 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £134 fine, £85 victim surcharge, £20 costs, licence endorsed with 10 points.

Anita Szkudlarek, 39, of Wormgate, Boston. At Boston, drove on John Adams Way, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 76 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Vidmantas Svedarauskas, 65, of Fishtoft Road, Boston. At Boston, drove on Sleaford Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 115 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35), drove on Sleaford Road, otherwise than in accordance with a licence authorising to drive a motor vehicle of that class, drove without insurance. Community order made to include 100 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 26 months.

Zilvinas Saulys, 25, of Sinclair Close, Boston. Obstruction

Thomas Michael William Brown, 23, of Cranmer Road, Newark. On the A16 Stickney, wilfully obstructed a constable in the execution of her duty, drove on the A16 without insurance, failed to stop the vehicle on being required to do so by a constable in uniform. £80 fine, £250 fine, £25 victim surcharge, £100 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

James Cassidy, 22, of Hawton Lane, New Balderton. On the A16 Stickney, wilfully obstructed a constable in the execution of her duty. £80 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £100 costs.

Assault

Jurius Paramonovs, 42, of Hillside Road, March, Cambridgeshire. At Holbeach, assaulted a constable in the execution of his duty. At Boston assaulted a constable in the execution of his duty. Community order made, to include 120 hours’ unpaid work, two orders of £25 compensation, £100 costs.

Jane Elizabeth Walden, 43, of Carver Road, Boston. At Boston, assaulted a constable in the execution of his duty, commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence for an offence of theft. Committed to prison for two weeks concurrent, £80 compensation, suspended sentence of six weeks suspended for 12 months imposed as a sentence of four weeks.
