At Church Road, not being at his place of abode, had an article for use in the course of, or in connection with, theft, namely a large pair of bolt croppers, also wilfully obstructed a constable in the execution of his duty. Community order made to include a six week curfew, £60 victim surcharges, croppers to be forfeited and destroyed.

Resist

Steven John Truepenny, 50, of High Street, Boston. At Boston, assaulted a constable in the execution of her duty, committed assault by beating. £265 fine, £55 fine, £27 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Darren Thomas Taylor, 39, of Franks Close, Kirton. At Boston, resisted a constable in the execution of his duty. £75 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Motoring

Tammy Jayne Ireson, 34, of Friars Street, King’s Lynn. Speeding on the A17 westbound at Swineshead Bridge. £55 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Darren Charles Guttesen, 43, of Meridian Close, Boston. At Fishtoft, used a vehicle on Whitehouse Lane without insurance. Also drove without a licence, also drove when the front offside wheel was fitted with a pneumatic tyre which had the ply or cord exposed. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Luke Andrew Bakewell, 20, of Hartley Street, Boston. At Hartley Street, Boston, had possession of a quantity of cannabis. Discharged conditionally for six months, £15 victim surcharge, £45 costs, drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

Edgars Balodis, 30, of no fixed abode. At Boston had possession of 0.2g of amphetamine, commission of a further offence while subject to order of conditional dischaged for six months. £50 fine, £85 costs, drugs to be forfeited and destroyed, £30 fine.

Theft

Scott Stanley Jobson, 36, of no fixed abode. At Boston, jointly with another, stole a mobile phone and tobacco to the value of £100. £100 compensation, £45 costs.

Drunk and disorderly

Miroslaw Kruc, 47, of South End, Boston. £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs. At Boston, on John Adams Way, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Failed to inform

Denis Kijakovskij, 24, of Kings Street, Boston. At Nettleham, having been required by or on behalf of the Chief Officer of Police for Lincolnshire, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. £400 fine, £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Failure to comply

Ashley Steven Duke, 18, of Fold Hill Friskney. Failed to comply with the requirements of a youth rehabilitation order made by Skegness Magistrates Court by failing to attend unpaid work, failing to attend supervision and failing to provide an acceptable explanation to cover the absence. Order to continue to include an added curfew for six weeks.

Janis Diks, 27, of Tawney Street, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Boston Magistrates Court by failing to attend unpaid work, failing to provide an acceptable explanation and failing to maintain contact. Order to continue, £10 fine.

Martin Thorne-Blackman, 24, of Bartol Crescent, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the reuirements of a community order made by Boston Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend unpaid work, failing to provide an acceptable explanation, failing to maintain contact with offender management, dealt with for original offences of one assault by beating, two assaults on constables in the execution of their duty and possession of two grammes of cannabis bush. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months.

Criminal damage

Catherine Sara Plaice, 41, of Bartol Crescent, Boston. At West Street, Boston, damaged a wooden door to the value of £50, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Discharged conditionally for six months, £50 compensation, £15 victim surcharge, £50 costs.

Jamie Antony Plaice, 18, of Bartol Crescent, Boston. At West Street, Boston, damaged a wooden door to the value of £50, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Discharged conditionally for six months, £50 compensation, £15 victim surcharge, £50 costs.

Kevin Maplethorpe, 55, of Dogdyke Road, Coningsby. At Dogdyke Road, Coningsby, committed arson in that without lawful excuse damaged, by fire, a trailer and advertising board intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckles as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Community order made to include 12 months supervision, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
